We wish to appoint an enthusiastic, suitably qualified Year Manager to join our strong guidance team. The role focuses on high-quality pastoral care, guidance and support for pupils, close work

Qualifications

• Commitment to high-quality pastoral care for pupils.
• Experience in supervising pupils and promoting good behaviour.
• Ability to communicate with families and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the year team.
• Promote good attendance and behaviour within the year group.
• Work closely with Head of Year and Assistant Head of Year to support pupils.
