Job summary

Worcester Sixth Form College in Worcester is seeking a permanent Pastoral Tutor to join the Tutorial team. The role is full time (37 hours per week), term-time (190 days) plus two weeks equivalent (74 hours) outside of normal term time hours, with safeguarding and administrative duties.

You will support attendance, academic progress and student wellbeing, supervise tutor groups, and collaborate with Heads of Year to ensure high standards of pastoral care.

• Pastoral care and student support experience may be beneficial.
