Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part-time Pastoral Support Tutor to join Windsor College on a permanent basis over 41 weeks (term-time). The role offers a salary on the H20/H22 scale, dependent on experience and qualifications, and is paid pro-rata for term-time working.

• Support learners in their educational journey and provide vital guidance on academic performance and financial welfare to students, parents and staff.
• Lead engaging pastoral and personal development activities tailored to Sixth Form learners.
• Provide one-to-one tutoring and coaching to enhance wellbeing, study skills and academic success.
• Collaborate with educators and managers to deliver an outstanding college experience and work with safeguarding leads for PEP meetings.

The role pays between Support Scale H20 £12,969.10 and H22 £13,802.20 (H20 £28,177 and H22 £29,987 FTE) which is dependent on experience and qualifications.
