Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is recruiting experienced Pastoral Tutors to support students aged 16-19 at leading Further Education colleges across East London. You will deliver group tutorials and 1:1 sessions, monitor attendance and progress, and help learners overcome personal or academic barriers.

The role requires strong communication, a positive and professional approach, and DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting passionate and experienced Pastoral Tutors to support students aged 16-19 at leading Further Education colleges across East London.

The Role

• Provide pastoral support to learners aged 16-19.

Essential Requirements

• Previous pastoral, tutoring, mentoring or student-support experience.
• Experience working with young people within education or a similar setting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, reliable and professional approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
