Job summary

Anglian Learning is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to join Bottisham Village College. The role focuses on safeguarding, student wellbeing, and providing targeted support to vulnerable learners within a collaborative team.

This fixed-term post runs until August 2027, with standard hours from 8:30 to 4:30 on weekdays, term time plus training days. You will work with the safeguarding team to ensure timely, appropriate actions are recorded and coordinated with relevant colleagues and

Responsibilities

• Safeguarding and wellbeing support for students
• Coordinate targeted pastoral interventions for vulnerable students
• Collaboration with Heads of Learning and SENCo to identify pupils in need
• Maintain documentation of student support actions and outcomes
• Work with external agencies when required to safeguard students
