Job summary

Anglian Learning is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to join our safeguarding team. You will promote student wellbeing, respond to safeguarding concerns, and record actions clearly in line with school policies.

You will work with Heads of Learning, SENCo and the Inclusion Team to identify students in need, deliver targeted wellbeing interventions such as e-safety, and monitor impact to continuously improve support for vulnerable learners.

Responsibilities

• Support student wellbeing and safeguarding across the school.
• Provide targeted and responsive support to vulnerable students.
• Collaborate with Heads of Learning and SENCo to coordinate interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate wellbeing interventions for impact.
