Responsibilities

• Providing support and guidance to staff on student pastoral issues.
• Promoting positive student behaviour and wellbeing, including delivering targeted interventions for behaviour support and communicating outcomes with relevant stakeholders.
• Attending student support meetings, sharing relevant information where appropriate, and implementing agreed interventions.
• Ensuring attendance registers are accurate and up to date, and that attendance procedures are followed for absent or missing students.
• Completing student voice activities for identified year groups, and collating and reporting findings to line managers and relevant colleagues.
• Supporting students who face barriers to learning, working with both individuals and groups to enable full access to education and improve outcomes.
