Overview

Pastoral Support Manager — Location: Barnhill Community High School

Salary: £31,169 per annum (Scale 6, Point 20) actual salary

Contract Type: part-time, permanent

Working Weeks: 38 weeks (37 term time + 5 INSET days)

Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 and 16:00 with an unpaid 40-minute lunch break.

The Role

To promote a positive and supportive ethos in the student body. To support student development, behaviour, attitudes, attendance and safeguarding in a designated key stage. To support students’ learning progress and to support parent engagement.
