A leading school in Fleet is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Manager to enhance the learning environment and manage student welfare. The role involves being the first point of contact for pastoral concerns and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality education. Due to an increased number of students on roll we are looking to expand the Student Services Team with an additional Pastoral Support Manager.
The role of a Pastoral Support Manager is to support the enhancement and operation of the learning environment of the school, with a particular focus on the pastoral management of the students. Supporting in the provision of a high-quality education for the students of the school.
