Job summary

Protocol Education is supporting a welcoming secondary school in South Leeds by recruiting a Pastoral Support Worker to join their team from September. This long-term opportunity has the potential to become permanent for the right person and blends pastoral care with in-class support.

Qualifications

  • Experience in education, youth work, care, or mentoring is desirable.
  • Calm, resilient temperament with empathy and confidence.
  • Natural ability to build relationships with young people.
  • Proactive and patient attitude with genuine passion for student wellbeing.
  • Experience with SEN or SEMH needs is a plus.

We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in South Leeds who are looking for a Pastoral Support Worker to join their team from September. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
