Job Title: Pastoral/Site Manager

The Pastoral/Site Manager will work within the pastoral team to provide support for students, assisting the Assistant Headteacher in tracking and monitoring student wellbeing and progress, and safeguarding students by ensuring appropriate interventions are in place.

You will work with pupils to identify strategies to overcome individual barriers to learning, utilize systems to monitor behaviour and progress of pupils on targeted interventions, and coordinate the development and review of pupils' individual support plans. Additionally, you will manage the transition of new pupils and support returning pupils by implementing necessary support measures.

Minimum Requirements:

• GCSE or equivalent, including at least a Grade C in English and Maths
• Relevant professional development in school
• Up to 3 years' experience working in a SEND setting
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of barriers to learning faced by pupils
