SITE MANAGER
Start Date: September 2025
Fixed Term to July 26 (this will be reviewed with the hope of making this a permanent role)
Full Time 36.25 hours per week all year round
Actual Salary: £25,584 - £27,289

About the Role
Due to the promotion of the current post holder, we are looking for a Site Manager, reporting to the Trust Facilities and Estates Manager with day-to-day liaison with the school Principal. The Site Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and security of all the buildings on the school site, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for students and staff.

They will be responsible for arranging regular maintenance and safety checks on the premises, including arranging emergency repairs, undertaking minor repairs and maintenance and operate site systems such as heating, cooling, lighting, security and CCTV. The post holder will undertake regular health and safety checks, monitoring and ensuring adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures, keeping maintenance and safety records and reporting defects and concerns to the relevant person.
