Job summary

Philosophy Education is recruiting for a confident Pastoral Officer at a busy secondary school in Rochester. You will support students with behaviour, attendance and wellbeing, working closely with pastoral and senior staff to maintain a calm, inclusive environment.

This is a temporary, full-time position starting ASAP. Enhanced DBS with Update Service is required.

Qualifications

• Previous school-based pastoral, behaviour or student support experience is highly desirable
• Confident managing challenging behaviour
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using school systems and recording information accurately
• Available to start ASAP
• You MUST have an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

Responsibilities

• Responding to pastoral and behaviour calls across the school

Are you an experienced Pastoral Officer, Behaviour Mentor or School Support Professional looking for an immediate opportunity in Rochester?

We are working with a secondary school in Rochester who are looking for a confident and proactive Pastoral Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.

The Role
