Job summary

Hollingworth Academy in Milnrow, Rochdale, seeks a Pastoral Manager to promote a positive, inclusive culture and support pupils across year groups with attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and progress.

The post holder will design targeted interventions to boost achievement, address barriers to learning including SEMH needs, and work with SLT, tutors and pastoral teams to uphold values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering pastoral care and promoting positive school culture.
• Ability to monitor attendance, behaviour and wellbeing.
• Experience designing targeted interventions to raise achievement.
