Job summary

Marlborough Primary School in Birmingham is seeking a Pastoral Manager to join our friendly team. This permanent, full-time role (36.5 hours/week, Term Time Only) offers a Grade 4 scale point 23–31 and an actual salary range of £30,240–£36,682, starting ASAP.

You will work with senior leaders to provide pastoral care, coordinate multi-agency support, champion inclusion, attendance and safeguarding, and contribute to a safe, happy learning environment for our pupils.
