Job summary

Dinnington High School, in collaboration with New Collaborative Learning Trust, is seeking a Pastoral Leader to support teaching and learning by delivering effective pastoral care within an allocated Year Group.

You will lead the delivery of pastoral support, maintain accurate records, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels within a strong pastoral team focussed on improving student behaviour and attainment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering pastoral support to a Year Group.
• Strong numeracy, literacy and ICT skills.
• Excellent record keeping and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage pastoral support for an allocated Year Group.
• Develop and monitor strategies for improving student behaviour.
• Ensure timely and effective communications with stakeholders at all levels.
