Job summary

Star Academies is seeking a dedicated pastoral support worker to help pupils engage with learning and reach their full potential across a year group.

You will deliver targeted pastoral support, raise standards, support individual students and their families, and communicate effectively with staff, pupils and parents to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
• Experience of working with learners of all ages or dealing with members of the public in a busy setting.
• Experience of supporting pupils and parents.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
