• Experience supporting pupil attendance and safeguarding practices.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with pupils and families.
• Experience delivering wellbeing interventions and pastoral support.

Responsibilities

• Drive attendance and punctuality improvements by monitoring trends and engaging families.
• Provide pastoral care and wellbeing support to help pupils overcome emotional and behavioural challenges.
• Champion safeguarding, maintain records, and collaborate with multi-agency partners.
• Deliver high-quality class cover across the primary range to maintain learning continuity.
• Promote inclusion and uphold Catholic ethos while supporting pupils’ personal development.
