Dauntsey's School in Devizes is seeking an Assistant Housemaster/Housemistress to provide maternity-cover leadership and pastoral care within the Evans boarding community. You will support pupil wellbeing, uphold safeguarding standards, and help create a safe, inclusive environment where pupils can thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastoral, boarding or residential settings is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Willingness to develop leadership and management skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain professional standards in House and around pupils.
• Be responsible for the House for a 24-hour period weekly.
• Oversee evening and overnight shifts 5.30pm–7am.
• Cover one in three weekends to support House operations.
• Liaise regularly with the Housemaster/Housemistress and attend House meetings.
