The role focuses on student wellbeing, engagement and personal development within a supportive pastoral team. The post requires a proactive, professional approach and a commitment to safeguarding in a school environment.

The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week during term time, with a pattern Monday to Thursday 8:30–16:30 and Friday 8:30–16:00, starting as soon as possible.
