Job summary

Weston Favell Academy invites applications for a Pastoral Lead to support Year 11 students and foster wellbeing within a lively, welcoming school community. You will partner with colleagues to nurture student resilience, behaviour and engagement, delivering pastoral support and targeted interventions.
