As a Pastoral Lead, you will join a small team of pastoral staff supporting teachers with classroom management, providing on-call support, and delivering 1-2-1 interventions for students. 3. Working closely with families, external agencies, and school staff to provide holistic support.
  4. Implementing behaviour and pastoral support plans tailored to individual needs.
  5. Leading safeguarding and well-being initiatives within the school.
  6. Acting as on-call support for teachers struggling with behaviour management.
Benefits:
  • A rewarding role where you can make a real difference in students' lives.
  • A supportive and experienced leadership team.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
  • A dynamic working environment where no two days are the same.
