Job description

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 17 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and a School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire, and Coventry.

Pastoral Leader

A vacancy for a Pastoral Leader has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust. The role involves promoting educational success and outstanding outcomes for all students by encouraging and supporting students, including vulnerable learners, to develop positive attitudes and behaviors towards learning.

About West Coventry Academy

West Coventry Academy is a vibrant, all-inclusive comprehensive school located on the outskirts of Warwickshire. The new school building is modern, environmentally friendly, and student-focused, featuring extensive sports facilities, a swimming pool, state-of-the-art theatre, music and performance studios, art rooms, a library, a Sixth Form Wing, and updated ICT infrastructure with interactive classrooms.

Additional Duties

You will also be required to undertake first aid duties as needed, with training provided.

Salary and Hours

• Salary: £37,938 - £44,711 full-time equivalent. Actual salary £34,068.75 - £40,150.98 per annum
• Hours: 37.00 hours per week, term time plus one week
• Location: West Coventry Academy, Tile Hill Lane, Coventry, CV4 9PW
