Job summary

The School of Business at Printworks Campus, part of Luminate Education Group, seeks a Pastoral Coach to support students and contribute to safeguarding, attendance monitoring, and curriculum delivery. Qualifications

• Coaching and mentoring experience in an educational setting.
• Experience in attendance monitoring and safeguarding practices.
• Enthusiasm for using technology to enhance teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead attendance monitoring and support the curriculum, English and Maths teams.
• Manage a caseload of students and provide coaching to overcome barriers to progress.
• Monitor progress and target grades using in-person or online support tools.
• Contribute to safeguarding and student wellbeing initiatives.
