Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing behaviour within a school or similar environment with young people.
• Ability to establish high expectations and consistent behaviour systems.
• Excellent communication with students, staff, families and external partners.
• Calm, confident, empathetic and resilient when addressing challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day behaviour concerns across the school.
• Maintain a visible presence and respond promptly to incidents.
• Apply behaviour procedures consistently and support staff.
• Work with Heads of Year and pastoral leaders to monitor patterns.
• Develop positive relationships with students and contribute to interventions.
• Communicate professionally with parents and carers and assist with reintegration.
