Burton Borough School is seeking a Pastoral & Behaviour Support Coordinator to join the pastoral team. You will work under the Assistant Principal for Student Culture and Behaviour, leading your year group and building strong relationships with students and families to ensure every young person feels supported and challenged to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Support a positive, inclusive and aspirational culture across the year group.
• Provide day-to-day pastoral support, guidance and targeted interventions for students.
• Support Head of Years in maintaining high expectations for behaviour, attendance, punctuality and engagement.
• Work with students and families to identify and overcome barriers to learning.
• Develop positive partnerships with parents, carers, colleagues and external agencies.
• Celebrate students’ achievements and encourage contributions to school life and community.
• Provide pastoral and administrative support to the Head of Year and wider pastoral team.
