Temple Learning Academy in Leeds is seeking a Pastoral Advocate on maternity cover. You will provide pastoral support to pupils, promote wellbeing and attendance, and work with families and external partners to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience providing pastoral support to young people.
• Compassionate and adaptable with commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and equal opportunities.
• Clear communicator with excellent organisation skills, balancing firmness with empathy.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral support to pupils and families to promote wellbeing, attendance and engagement.
