Job summary

Nuneaton Academy is seeking a highly organised Pastoral Administrator to join our dedicated team. This is a key support role within the pastoral team, focusing on administrative and operational tasks to ensure students receive the highest standard of care, guidance and intervention.

We are seeking a highly organised and approachable Pastoral Administrator to join our dedicated team at Nuneaton Academy.

This is a key support role within the pastoral team, providing administrative and operational support to ensure students receive the highest standard of care, guidance and intervention.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, supporting attendance and behaviour processes, liaising with parents and external agencies, and assisting pastoral leaders in promoting positive student outcomes. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy school environment.
