Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally at senior level.
• Passion for Italian cuisine and quality ingredients.
• Experience working on a pizza section is an advantage, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and consistently high standards.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and grow.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
