Job summary

Hilti Great Britain is seeking a Specification Engineer to provide technical expertise during early design stages for passive fire protection. You will work with Architects to integrate Hilti PFP solutions, ensuring compliance with UK standards, and travel across the UK to support projects.

Role focuses on maximising specification potential and delivering high-level engineering service to both new-build and refurbishment projects, with opportunities for professional growth and industry

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering is required.
• Proven experience delivering passive fire protection and firestopping solutions with understanding of British Standards.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and drive with a full license.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Architects and design teams on PFP and firestopping solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate Hilti products into building designs and specifications.
• Demonstrate value of Hilti solutions to drive adoption and build a strong specification pipeline.
• Develop relationships through technical training and industry networking events.
