Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Contracts Manager specialising in Passive Fire Protection to oversee multiple contracts across the Midlands and South of England. The role focuses on safe, compliant delivery, programme adherence and high-quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will manage field teams, coordinate resources, maintain client relationships and drive improvement through established frameworks, with a competitive package including a company vehicle and bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Manager in Passive Fire Protection or related construction discipline.
• Experience managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation, fire doors or related compliance works.
• Experience in social housing, planned maintenance or compliance-led environments is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of passive fire protection contracts.
• Oversee operational performance, programme delivery and contract compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Lead supervisors, site teams and directly employed operatives.
• Monitor productivity, quality standards and project performance.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with industry regulations, specifications and health & safety requirements.
• Coordinate labour, resources and project schedules across multiple live contracts.
• Support the continued growth and development of the regional fire protection business.
