Job summary

ABM UK at Heathrow Airport is seeking dedicated Passenger Assistants to help passengers travel confidently through the terminal. You will support travellers with mobility needs, transfers to seats or wheelchairs, and luggage handling in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes a calm, professional, and friendly service, with full training provided and opportunities to progress within ABM’s aviation division.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers needing support through the airport, on foot, in a wheelchair, or using an electric buggy.
• Assist with transferring passengers to seats or wheelchairs using safe handling techniques.
• Push wheelchairs and assist with luggage as required.
• Deliver a calm, professional service in a busy environment.
