Job summary

ABM is seeking a Passenger Assistance team member at Heathrow Airport. You will assist passengers with mobility or access needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey through the airport.

The role involves helping passengers via walking, wheelchairs or electric buggies, and transferring them safely on/off aircraft. We welcome friendly, reliable, calm individuals who work well in a team and are passionate about helping people.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring support through Heathrow Airport, by foot, wheelchair or electric buggy as needed.
• Safely transfer passengers on/off aircraft, helping them to seats or wheelchairs using proper manual handling.
• Push wheelchairs and assist with luggage to ensure smooth passenger flow.
• Deliver a calm, professional service in a busy airport environment.
