Job summary

ABM is hiring for Passenger Assistance at Heathrow Airport. Join our team to help passengers with mobility needs or other support, ensuring a smooth, welcoming journey through the airport environment.

This role offers 40 hours per week with a 5 on 3 off pattern, full training, and access to 24/7 GP, mental health support and a cycle-to-work scheme. You will work as part of a supportive team, delivering outstanding service in a dynamic, high-traffic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring support through the airport, on foot, by wheelchair or electric buggy.
• Transfer passengers on/off aircraft to seats or wheelchairs using safe handling.
• Push wheelchairs and assist with luggage.
• Deliver a calm, professional service in a busy environment.
