What you will do

• Supervise and provide support to approximately 160 Passenger Assistants in the transportation sector.
• Monitor the performance and safety of passenger assistants, addressing any issues or concerns.
• Formulate and implement solutions to enhance safety and streamline operations.
• Oversee the annual appraisal and conduct probationary reports of Passenger Assistants.
• Deliver the Passenger Assistant Training Scheme for both new and existing staff members.
• Consult with schools to manage passenger assistant and student issues effectively.
• Maintain updated records of student and assistant details and monitor route timings.
• Occasionally perform passenger assistant duties, which may include lifting or carrying.
• Manage workloads and schedule appointments with schools, assistants, or parents.
