Job summary

CareMatchr Ltd. is seeking a dedicated coordinator to support our Passenger Assistants across Plymouth. You will train team members, handle calls from parents and schools, and ensure the smooth running of behind-the-scenes operations.

Ideal candidates will hold a full driving licence, have experience supervising others, and possess strong communication skills. Microsoft Office proficiency and basic database familiarity are needed; Enhanced DBS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with parents, schools and colleagues.
• Experience supervising a small team and giving constructive feedback.
• Willingness to travel around Plymouth and work in the field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic database use.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is preferred or would be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Train Passenger Assistants to deliver safe, reliable school transport.
• Take calls from parents and schools to resolve queries or issues.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations behind the scenes to keep services running smoothly.
