Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking friendly, customer-focused passenger assistants to support PRM passengers at airports. You will greet travellers, assist with check-in and boarding, and ensure safe transfers from aircraft to terminal while maintaining high health and safety standards.

We value reliability, flexible weekend availability, and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and passengers across all levels.

• Meet and greet arriving, departing and transferring passengers with restricted mobility (PRM).
• Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff.
• Assist PRM passengers at drop-off/pick-up points, airline check-in, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
• Assist in the safe transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment.
• Comply with all health & safety regulations.
• Use company equipment responsibly ensuring proper maintenance.

About The Role

Hours per week: Hours can range from 5am starts to 11pm finishes and work weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet arriving, departing and transferring passengers with restricted mobility (PRM).
• Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff.
• Assist PRM passengers at drop-off/pick-up points, airline check-in, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
• Assist in the safe transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment.
• Comply with all health & safety regulations.
• Use company equipment responsibly ensuring proper maintenance.

Candidate Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.

You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employment referencing.
