PAS Business Analyst - London Market Insurance | Contract | £600 / day outside IR35 | London (2-3 days a week on-site)

This long-standing, high-growth specialty insurance company operating in the Lloyd's Market is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Policy Admin Systems (PAS) and Workbench Implementations. The ideal candidate will understand the connection and underlying use of data platforms. You will join an organization undergoing an exciting modernization phase.

The Role

As the PAS Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Business scoping, requirements elicitation, and writing technical specifications for implementing bespoke PAS systems.
• Supporting the rollout of the workbench solution, including the bespoke PAS system and its connection to the new data platform.
• Data mapping from source to target.
• Defining business logic.

You should possess excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills. This role offers a great opportunity to participate in a large-scale IT transformation involving the deployment of a new PAS system, underwriting workbench, and data platform. Strong stakeholder management skills and a detailed understanding of these project types are essential.
