This Merchandising Manager role covers both traditional Party items and Fireworks. Responsibilities include planning and trading core ranges, managing promotions, and overseeing a niche Fireworks area. This is a 14-month maternity cover.

Your Role

As the Merchandising Manager, you will drive business profitability through planning, trading, and analysis. Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing product critical path and lifecycle to maximize availability, sales, stock turn, and markdowns.
2. Analyzing sales data to inform range control, budgeting, and future season planning, with a focus on P&L management.
3. Collaborating with the buying team to understand customer needs and competitor activity, shaping business strategy.
