Interocean Marine Services seeks an experienced Party Chief / Senior Surveyor to advance towards a Project Management role while maintaining occasional offshore involvement. The role blends office-based project coordination with field exposure, emphasising EIVA and GIS skills.

The successful candidate will support tendering, documentation and client liaison, with a clear progression path to Project Surveyor and then Project Manager. A hybrid work arrangement is offered alongside offshore trips.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Party Chief / Senior Surveyor in offshore and/or nearshore survey operations.
• Strong proficiency in the EIVA Suite - essential.
• Good understanding of the full survey project lifecycle from tendering and planning through mobilisation, acquisition, QC, reporting and final delivery.
• Strong GIS capability with QGIS and/or ArcGIS.
• Experience in survey reporting, technical documentation and client deliverables.
• Be hands-on with MBES, SSS, SBP and positioning systems, including USBL/LBL exposure.
• Ambition to develop into a Project Management position.
