Parts Sales ManagerRequired in Bradford

  • Basic salary from c. £32,000 with great bonus potential from the start of your employment.
  • OTE up to c. £38,000.
  • Manage a small team of parts sales executives.
  • Industry leader in Parts Sales and distribution for the automotive sector.
  • Applications encouraged from those in Parts or Customer Service and Management roles.

We are currently working with a well-established Motor Trade Parts Business who due to expansion are currently looking for a Parts Sales Manager to join our clients Automotive Parts Business to support their customers Vehicle Parts needs.

Responsibilities

As a Parts Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating the office-based Parts / Telesales Executive team to achieve and exceed sales targets whilst building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers. You will also support the Centre Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to enable sales targets to be met, ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems, standards and processes throughout the team, and maintain your product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.

Qualifications

To be eligible, you will need to hold strong sales team management experience in a B2B capacity with the ability to lead, manage and motivate a team of Parts / Telesales Executives. Experience working in a sales environment on behalf of vehicle manufacturers or a similar automotive parts retailer business would be highly desirable. You will have the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience, be a confident and capable communicator who can build strong relationships with all key stakeholders, be sales-focused and results-oriented, have a high degree of IT literacy and be a proficient user of MS Office.
