PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE - LIVERPOOL

THOMAS HARDIE COMMERCIALS LTD


An opportunity has arisen for a motivated, professional, and versatile individual to join the Parts Department based at our Liverpool site, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm.


Reporting to the Group Parts Support Manager and working as part of the Parts Sales Team, the main responsibilities will include:


  1. Driving retail aftermarket sales growth and achieving sales and purchase targets through a targeted, sales-focused approach, including face-to-face visits to existing and prospective clients within the Liverpool area.
  2. Developing conquest business from existing customers and building new customer relationships.
  3. Meeting customer and franchise partner expectations effectively.
  4. Ensuring a consistent, highly commercial approach to parts sales and delivery across the region.
  5. Supporting and driving front and back counter sales activities.

The ideal candidate will possess:


  1. Experience in a parts sales role, preferably within a Main Dealership and knowledge of the Commercial Vehicle Industry (training will be provided if not).
  2. Good knowledge of competitors and excellent customer service skills.
  3. A sales-driven, motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
  4. IT literacy and strong analytical skills.
  5. Flexibility, organization, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  6. Professional communication skills suitable for engaging with customers, depot managers, franchise partners, and suppliers.
  7. A full UK driving license.
