About the Role

Who are TPS?

TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, encompassing brands like Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. It operates a national network of TPS Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce, fostering a motivating and inclusive environment that emphasizes learning, development, recognition, and rewards.

Since its national launch in 2006, TPS has grown rapidly, both financially and in the number of Centres nationwide, operating on an Agency Model where Centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK.

What will you be doing?
  • Work with the Sales Manager and team to meet business and sales objectives
  • Achieve personal KPIs and revenue targets with target customers
  • Identify parts to meet customer requirements accurately
  • Utilize product promotions effectively to meet targets
  • Identify and leverage sales opportunities within the customer base
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact
  • Provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs and advising accordingly
  • Communicate promptly about credit status
  • Support the TPS Centre team to ensure good relationships and service
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
  • Handle calls and inquiries within KPIs, using approved greeting
  • Use systems accurately to search and order parts
  • Complete documentation promptly and accurately
  • Manage cash and credit transactions per TPS guidelines
What are we looking for?
  • A self-starter with a proven sales record in building relationships in a B2B environment
  • Confident communicator with experience in fast-paced or telesales environments
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with drive to meet individual and sales targets
  • Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping skills
  • IT literate, preferably with MS Excel knowledge
