Job summary

Perfect Placement in Exeter is seeking a highly motivated Parts Sales Executive to join our automotive parts team. You will handle trade customers and dealerships, promote and sell vehicle parts, and contribute to growing the business in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £31,000 plus £3,500 OTE, with 42 hours per week, flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and occasional Saturday mornings on a rota. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motor trade parts sales or a similar role.
• Strong telephone and communication skills with a proactive sales approach.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and customer engagement.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet demanding targets.
• Flexibility to work hours between 8:00AM and 6:00PM, including some Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
• Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate a persistent sales mentality.

Responsibilities

• Handling outbound and inbound calls to deliver excellent customer service.
• Promoting and selling vehicle parts, with a focus on trade customers and dealerships.
• Achieving individual sales targets to contribute to the overall business growth.
• Collaborating with the parts team to ensure stock levels and availability meet customer demands.
• Building strong relationships with clients through expert advice and identifying sales opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
