Job summary

Perfect Placement are seeking a customer-focused Parts Sales Executive for an automotive parts team in Exeter, Devon. You will handle calls, promote vehicle parts to trade customers and dealerships, and strive to meet sales targets in a busy environment.

The role offers a competitive base salary up to £31,000 with a £3,500 OTE, pension, life assurance, and ongoing training. Flexible hours from 8:00 to 18:00, with occasional Saturday mornings on a rota basis.

Duties as a Parts Sales Executive:

• Handling outbound and inbound calls to deliver excellent customer service
• Promoting and selling vehicle parts, with a focus on trade customers and dealerships
• Achieving individual sales targets to contribute to the overall business growth
• Collaborating with the parts team to ensure stock levels and availability meet customer demands
• Building strong relationships with clients through expert advice and identifying sales opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements for the Parts Sales Executive position:

• Proven experience in motor trade parts sales or a similar role
• Strong telephone and communication skills with a proactive sales approach
• Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry and customer engagement
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet demanding targets
• Flexibility to work hours between 8:00AM and 6:00PM, including some Saturday mornings on a rota basis
