Role Overview:

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team in Sheffield. In this role, no two days are the same; you will handle complex parts-related queries, promote parts sales, and ensure we maintain adequate stock levels to support the smooth operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with parts-related queries for trucks, vans, or coaches.
2. Identify and locate parts efficiently.
3. Manage stock levels to ensure availability.
4. Promote additional parts sales and services.
5. Maintain accurate paperwork and administrative tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working in a busy parts environment, preferably in the truck or automotive industry.
