Job Title: Parts Sales Advisor

We are looking for a Parts Sales Advisor to join our team in Manchester on a full-time, permanent basis.

Job Description

No two days will be the same in this role. You could be involved in solving complex parts-related queries or promoting further parts sales within the branch. Your responsibilities will include identifying truck, van, or coach parts from incoming queries and ensuring we maintain adequate stock levels to support the smooth operation of the parts department.

Requirements

1. Experience working in a busy parts environment, providing advice, help, and support to customers.
2. Previous experience in the truck or automotive industry is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills, proactive customer service, and sales promotion abilities.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
5. Methodical approach and administrative competence to keep paperwork up to date.
