Pentagon Motor Group is recruiting a Parts Sales Advisor for the Derby Mackworth dealership. You will verify parts stock, receive inventory, and accurately pick parts for workshop staff and customers while driving sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and verify parts stock from suppliers and ensure correct descriptions.
• Receive incoming motor vehicle parts and store them in the correct locations.
• Ensure stock is stored securely and kept in saleable condition.
• Identify, locate and pick parts for workshop staff and customers.
• Promote sale of older and slow-moving parts where possible.
• Seek opportunities to increase Parts and Workshop sales by understanding customer needs.

What will you be doing?

As a Parts Sales Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Identifying and verifying for quality and description, parts stock and other goods from suppliers.
• Receiving incoming Motor Vehicle Parts into the department and putting stock into the correct locations.
• Ensuring stock is stored carefully, kept secure and in saleable condition.
• Accurately identifying, locating and picking parts for Workshop staff and customers.
• Ensuring every opportunity is taken to sell older and slow moving parts
• Seeking new ways to increase Parts and Workshop sales by identifying customer needs and incremental items to sell.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:30pm

• Previous experience working as a Parts Consultant or in an Aftersales department would be a distinct advantage for this role.
