We are currently seeking a Parts Customer Sales Advisor to join our team at the Fareham branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving customers at the front counter, answering inbound calls, and assisting both retail and trade clients.
• Building long-term relationships with local customers.
• Promoting offers and customer incentives.
• Ensuring correct parts are ordered and sent first time to reduce credits and returns.
• Occasionally assisting in warehouse tasks such as picking or putting away products.

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience as a parts advisor or relevant motor trade experience is preferred. However, candidates with a good understanding of cars and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
