Qualifications

• Previous Parts Manager experience is essential.
• Strong experience managing a Parts Department and leading a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with parts ordering, stock control and department processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Parts team to achieve targets.
• Oversee parts ordering, stock control and distribution.
• Ensure parts are supplied efficiently to workshop and retail customers.
• Monitor departmental performance, profitability and productivity.
• Maintain stock management and minimise obsolete stock.
• Ensure accurate processing of orders and invoices.
• Collaborate with Aftersales and Workshop teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
• Ensure processes and procedures are followed and customer satisfaction remains high.
